Job Purpose: To play as a role in Market Operations team to support the internal control and compliance functions by assisting in the development, implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of policies and procedures that ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for securities operations, further mitigate risks, and promote operational efficiency and integrity. What you be doing: - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that risk management practices are robust and effective. - Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to ensure that our risk management practices are up-to-date and effective. - Develop and maintain risk management reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders. - Serves as defenders to perform Internal reconciliation - Prepare reporting to regulatory regularly - Prepare Statistic to senior management - Monitor and report on process performance, identifying areas for further improvement As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932. Requirements

  • A degree in Degree holder in any discipline(s)/Higher Diploma
  • At least 2 years' experience in Securities operations related to internal risk control, regulatory reporting and statistic preparation
  • have a deep understanding of banking operational risk management principles and practices is preferred
  • Proven track record of process improvement and implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
