• Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.

Ensures team adherence to Agile principles. Assists with coaching a Scrum Team on how to execute the Scrum framework. Experiments with processes and tools that encourage continuous improvement to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk. Works in partnership with more senior scrum masters to protect the team from outside influences to ensure the team remains focused on Scrum Team priorities. Partners with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog items are prioritized based on business value.
