Business Analyst Intern (4 - 6 months)

Responsibilities

• Support the Staff Planning Optimisation (SPO) project through data analysis and insights. (around 80% of your scope).
• Assist in preparing analysis and reports for Monthly P&L and Business Insights (around 20%).
• Help review staff cost and workforce planning data.
• Work with the team to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Who we are looking for
• A university student currently studying Business Management, Finance, Econometrics, Statistics, or related fields .
• Engineering students with strong analytical skills are also welcome to apply.
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating in English .
• You will have a clear project scope and the opportunity to contribute directly to a real business project. This is a great opportunity for a driven and curious student who wants to learn how data and insights can influence real business outcomes.
