- AI Proficiency: Practical experience managing and deploying Gemini and other AI-driven productivity interfaces within a corporate framework.
- Operational Agility: Experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting a distributed, global company.
- Governance Mindset: A track record of implementing "least privilege" access models and driving standards in usage and best practices.
- Automation Skills: Proficiency in Apps Script, Python, or Bash to manage large-scale migrations or system integrations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to lead training and influence standard usage across the org.
