Job Overview Th e Referral Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely data entry of referral requests into the appropriate portal . This position is also responsible for follow-up on all specialty referrals . This position is an integral part of the care team, working as a liaison between the patient, provider, and Medical Management to ensure timely access to specialty care. Minimum Requirements High school diploma required. Minimum of 4 years of experience required. Medical Assistant certificate preferred Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.
