You'll own end-to-end hiring while acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, influencing hiring strategies and helping shape the future workforce needs of the business. Responsibilities
- Talent Partnership
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a range of strategic and specialist roles.
- Provide market insight, talent intelligence and hiring recommendations to business leaders.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent communities.
- Delivery Excellence
- Drive efficient and high-quality hiring processes.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Leverage data and insights to improve recruitment effectiveness and decision-making.

- Strategic Hiring Expertise
- Support hiring across Strategy, Go-To-Market, Client Partner and Technology functions.
- Develop strong understanding of consulting talent markets and emerging capability needs.
- Partner with leaders to identify future talent requirements.
- Support business growth through proactive talent pipelining and market mapping.

- Must have qualifications
- Talent Acquisition Expertise
- 7+ years of experience within talent acquisition or recruitment.
- A strong background hiring across technology and digital disciplines.
- Significant experience recruiting Go-To-Market, Strategy, Client Partner and consulting roles.
- Proven experience delivering in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- At least two years of experience within an in-house talent acquisition function.
- Experience partnering and collaborating effectively with dedicated sourcing teams to develop talent pipelines and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Ability to translate business priorities into effective hiring strategies and talent plans.

- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
