Service Consultant - Automotive - JL

Responsibilities

• Assist customer to file accident report & advise on appropriate claim option available eg: TP or OD.
• Provide clear estimation for insurance claims.
• Follow up on claim authorisation standard.
• Liaise with insurance company for motor claims.
• Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status.
• Follow up with part executive on parts availability.
• Close and invoice job once repair is done.

Requirements

• Minimum NTC2 in MVM/Automotive Technology
• Good knowledge of car components, estimation system, Autoline.
• Knowledge in Motor Claim Framework.
• With body and paint knowledge and insurance claim experience for accident claims

Additional Information

Working hour: 5.25 days 8.30am -6.30pm, Alternate Sat - 8.30am - 12.30pm. Work location: Queenstown Salary: $2400-$3000 + Incentive
