Sales Co-Ordinator

About the role

Managing and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day Logistics, arranging Invoices, AR, and CN. This role offers the opportunity to engage in various aspects of our operations, including importing, logistics arrangement, inventory management, and purchasing matters. Work with internal departments, customers, and external freight forwarders to ensure smooth stock delivery. Assist in Sales Team on preparation reports or any support. Will support the Sales team when they are away from the office. Inventory check of stock between company system and warehouse. To assist with any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management and Sales department. May explore in this areas such as preparation and arranged for all required commercial documents such as Commercial invoices, Export licenses, Customs declarations, packing lists, (Shipping documents, etc to ensure a smooth shipment) Key Requirements: Minimum a Diploma with at least 1 year of logistics & sales administrative experience Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build a good rapport with all levels of staff. Results and service-oriented individual who possess initiative and excellent communication skills. Proactive team player with the ability to work independently on challenging projects and timelines. Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic, and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude Able to during odd hours/ weekends /PH
