Part-Time RN Float - Urgent Care

Requirements

• Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required .
• Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required .
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification. (Cardiology requires ACLS)( Pediatrics department requires PALS).
• Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.
• Pay Range:
• $41.85 - $62.78

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a part-time Nurse RN for our Urgent Care float team ! This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, compassionate nurse to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced clinical setting. In this role, you will triage and coordinate patient care, assist with procedures, provide education and support, and serve as a strong advocate for patients from a wide range of backgrounds. You'll work closely with providers and the care team to deliver timely , high-quality, patient-centered care while demonstrating professionalism, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to excellence. Location & Schedule: Part-time float role supporting all Urgent Care locations. Requires flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts between 6:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m., seven days a week. Schedules are posted 30 days in advance. Hiring range generally between $44.69/hour to $ 53.95 /hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience . Available Differential: Float $3.00/hour along with Evenings $3.00/hour & Saturday/Sunday $2.50/hour
