Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage UPS, UTS and all on-site construction activities related to civil engineering works, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise a team of site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication of tasks, expectations, and daily targets.
• Coordinate and liaise with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities (PUB, LTA, NEA, etc.) for inspections, approvals, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Develop and manage detailed site work plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet project milestones and deadlines without compromising quality.
• Monitor and inspect construction progress, identifying and resolving technical or operational issues promptly to avoid delays or non-compliance.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil or infrastructure projects, specifically in sewer and manhole construction in Singapore.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
