Night Shift Automation and Robotics Maintenance Technician

Requirements

• Four years or more of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Mechatronics-Electrical and/or Controls Automation, Equipment Test experience environment of high-volume manufacturing
• Strong preventive maintenance development experience, familiarity with reliability centered maintenance principles preferred and project management skills and Lean Manufacturing experience
• Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality, quantity, manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, establish and achieve goals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work night shift schedule, including weekday, weekends, and/or overtime; must be able to change schedule based on business needs given an advance notice is provided
• Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office a must, familiarity with CMMS preferred
• Troubleshoot using mechanical and electrical schematics/diagram prints

• The salary range for this position is $50,000 -$70,000 plus stock and benefits. Pay within the range is based on candidate experience and relevant skills.

In this role you will be responsible for automation equipment availability and spares management In This R ole You Will Resolve unplanned down events and driving successful recoveries with high reliability Maintain ongoing preventive maintenance program to ensure optimum equipment performance Work closely with engineers and operations team to support equipment upgrade project timelines and objectives Ensure that standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are current, accurate and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum quality Provide a shift-to-shift communication summary to keep all team members working toward the same goals, priorities and expand communication to relevant audiences impacted or to bring awareness Manage existing spares inventory and keep inventory accurate Document maintenance activities and any modifications made to equipment Comply with company safety regulations and department safety programs and all company policies and procedures Impact the company's overall performance by contributing to a positive work culture, encouraging good build practices, and helping to create and improve robust engineering workflows and processes
