About the role
Xylem is looking for a Service Technician to join our team in Kalgoorlie. This is full-time, locally based role - no FIFO. You will perform both scheduled and emergency service work, including the disassembly, overhaul, repair, testing, and inspection of a variety of Xylem systems and products.

- Service, repair and overhaul pump sets and related equipment
- Install, test and commission pumps to operational standards before dispatch
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and scheduled field service across Goldfields region

- Prepare and maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Skiles & Experience
- Trade qualification - fitter and turner, mech fitter, mechanic, small engine mechanic or electrical trades (essential)
- Prior workshop or field service experience in a similar mechanical role
- Exposure to pump systems or heavy mechanical equipment (preferred)
- MR licence and forklift ticket (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and customer communication skills
