Requirements

- At least 4 years of experience supervising technical personnel, with a proven track record of mentorship and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of telecom design practices, building codes, and project delivery methods.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or RCDD certification preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software and telecom design tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
