About the role

Working location - Eastern part of Singapore Salary up to S$4000 per month One-Year Contract A leading provider of community healthcare services is seeking to hire a dynamic individual to join their team. Job Responsibilities: Source and procure pharmaceutical products; ensure sufficient availability of medications. Manage supplier relationships, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure compliance with contract terms and pricing agreements. Support tender activities, including but not limited to quotation evaluation, and supplier selection. Monitor inventory levels, analyze medication usage trends, and prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and product expiries. Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders (POs), and track orders through ERP systems. Ensure proper handling and storage of temperature-sensitive medications in accordance with cold-chain requirements. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, controlled drug requirements, and audit standards. Coordinate product recalls, quality issues, invoice reconciliation, goods receipt processing (GRN), and procurement reporting.
