Product Manager (Treasury System)

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements for the treasury management system, covering account management, settlement tracking, reconciliation automation, reporting, and audit trails
• Evaluate build vs. buy options; manage vendor selection and integration for treasury technology components
• Work closely with engineering to deliver system features on schedule; own the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog
• Build automated reconciliation and settlement dashboards that give real-time visibility into fund positions and discrepancies
• Collaborate with treasury ops, risk, and finance teams to continuously improve system capabilities based on operational feedback
• Drive UAT and post-launch monitoring; ensure system stability and data accuracy

Requirements

• 4-6 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, settlement workflows, and reconciliation logic
• Experience with treasury management systems (TMS), ERP finance modules, or payment middleware
• Familiarity with US regulatory data requirements for financial services
• Excellent cross-functional communication; able to bridge operations and engineering
• Experience in crypto or digital asset infrastructure a strong plus
