- Ensure creation of key artefacts including:
- User stories and transformation logic
- Integration design documentation (system interactions, data flows)
- Drive outcome-focused delivery, ensuring alignment to business value and ROI
- Stakeholder & Matrix Leadership
- Act as primary interface across CMC, MSAT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory functions
- Lead cross-functional alignment across R&D, GSC, Digital, Architecture, and external partners (CDMOs)
- Provide technology business partnering to manufacturing streams (drug substance, drug product, small molecules)
- Operate effectively in a matrix environment, influencing without authority and leading distributed teams
- Integration Design & Business Analysis
- Facilitate workshops to define integration requirements, data mappings, and transformation logic
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions aligned to enterprise architecture strategy
- Develop future-proof integration designs supporting enterprise transformation initiatives
- Strategic Programme & Value Delivery
- Support and contribute to strategic programmes
- Develop business cases and investment rationale for scaling External Manufacturing digital capabilities
- Manage RAID logs, risk mitigation plans, and executive (SteerCo) reporting
