Sales & Business Development Achieve agreed sales and contribution targets within the designated territory. Develop new business opportunities with support from Business Development Managers, Specification Team, and Technical Service Team. Prepare and implement regional sales plans in alignment with the HoD and relevant stakeholders. Manage and develop relationships with global and regional key accounts in collaboration with the Key Project Management team. Respond effectively to market conditions, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Planning & Market Intelligence Provide sales forecasts, market insights, and inputs for annual budgeting and corporate reporting. Determine and implement regional sales objectives with the HoD. Communicate product forecasts, including MIN and MAX requirements, to ensure timely product availability. Support and execute market studies as required. Customer & Account Management Build and maintain strong customer relationships across geographical boundaries. Ensure timely collection of overdue payments from customers. Record and update daily sales activities accurately in the company Salesforce system. Provide customer, product, and market information to support regional and corporate requirements. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in business / marketing / Civil Engineering. Minimum 6-8 years' experience in a similar industry. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision. Good organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint. Willing to travel as required.
