Software Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with different teams for problem resolutions.
• Monitor and analyse the current state for various software applications / product runtime environment to ensure optimum system performance.
• Manage application and security incidents, conduct problem determination, work with various teams to resolve issues on timely basis to meet SLA.
• Develop operations and processes guide to ensure every aspect of operations is documented and comply with audit requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operation activities, analyse statistics and write status and progress reports.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma & above
• Proven experience as an Operations Engineer or similar role
• Experience in incident management workflows, using ITSM tools such as ServiceDesk, Remedy, Zendesk, etc
• Experience in security and access control measures to control privileged access to test production environment
