Intern - Podcast Operations & Content Assistant

About the role

This is a hands-on internship working directly with the host and lead producer of Impact Junkies - Powered by Lenus , our flagship podcast that profiles the world's leading health coaches and entrepreneurs. Based at our HQ in Copenhagen, you'll help us scale a fast-growing brand and community channel into our upcoming seasons, owning everything from guest coordination and recording-day logistics, to social media content selection and performance reporting. Success in this role means our international guests have a seamless, high-quality experience from arrival to departure, our content is consistently published across platforms, and our reporting tells a clear story of what's working.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate podcast guests end-to-end, including travel, logistics, and hosting them in Copenhagen before, during, and after their recording.
• Assist on recording days at our HQ studio, supporting the host and ensuring every guest has a smooth, professional production experience.
• Select and structure podcast content for social media distribution across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Gather and analyze social media and podcast performance data to inform what content resonates and how we improve.
• Help strengthen our podcast reporting cadence, content organization, and operational workflows as we move into the next seasons of the show.
• Who are we looking for?:
• We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:
• Currently studying communication, media, marketing, journalism, or a similar field.
• Genuine interest in podcasts, content, and social media - and an appetite to learn how a brand-led podcast is built and grown.
• Structured and organized, able to create overview and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious about people and storytelling, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable taking ownership and being hands-on - from guest hospitality to spreadsheets to studio days.
• Bonus skills & traits:
• Experience with podcast production, content creation, or social media for a brand or creator.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, Spotify for Creators, TikTok analytics).
• A strong eye for short-form video clips and editorial cuts.
• A hospitality mindset - you enjoy hosting people and making them feel taken care of.
• Interest in health, fitness, entrepreneurship, or the creator economy.
• Program Details:
• Location: Lenus HQ, Copenhagen.
• Start Date: Flexible between June and August 2026.
• Duration: Minimum 8 weeks, with a strong preference for longer - potential to extend into a full internship through autumn (Aug-Dec).
