Recruitment Consultant - Procurement

About the role

You'll be responsible for developing Reed's Procurement offering across Swindon and the surrounding Wiltshire & Gloucestershire areas. The desk is already active, with support from an experienced specialist and hands-on manager, giving you a strong foundation to build on. You'll recruit across roles including: Buyers and Supply Chain professionals Procurement Managers and Heads of Procurement Senior roles within manufacturing, logistics and operations With continued investment in local manufacturing, logistics and tech businesses, this is a market with long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a warm Procurement recruitment desk
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Win new business while managing existing accounts
• Manage the full recruitment process from role brief to candidate placement
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across specialist teams

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A consultative and professional approach
• Commercial awareness and motivation to grow a desk
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
