About the role
Define the strategy to develop and improve the business inside the territory according to the general strategy of Hongfa group and Hongfa Europe Support and coach team members in all activities which lead to growth of market share Engage and drive Hongfa organization to support and respond in time with the quality level on customers' expectation (e.g. quotation, logistic, application engineering, quality...)
