Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Team Manager to join its client's Reablement Team, based in Cheshire. What will your responsibilities be? Lead and supervise the reablement social work team, providing guidance, oversight, and reflective supervision to ensure safe, strengths‑based, person‑centred practice. Coordinate and manage workflow, including allocation of cases, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely assessments, reviews, and discharge planning in line with statutory duties. Work collaboratively with health and community partners, troubleshooting barriers, supporting effective multi‑disciplinary working, and ensuring individuals receive seamless, outcome‑focused reablement support.
