- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Project Management; Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; Architecture or Landscape Architecture degrees preferred
- Five to ten years of progressively responsible experience managing the design, construction and contract administration of facilities renovations and new construction
- A high level of interpersonal skills for daily interaction with faculty and staff, clients, GU managers, team members, and public agency officials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare clear and concise reports, a variety of matrices, verbal presentations, and code analyses
- Must be computer literate with specific knowledge of technical software and MS Project or other Project Management software (e.g., Primavera, Workday, Smartsheet, etc)
- MS Office fluency
- State Registration as professional is preferred
- Work Mode Designation
