Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Administration & Integration: Oversee the administration, configuration, and integration of Salesforce with other key sales and marketing systems.

  • What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business or equivalent practical experience with 20+ years or a Master's with 18+ years.
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a comparable role with a strong technical focus.
  • Extensive experience with administering and customizing Salesforce.
  • Proven track record integrating Salesforce with other sales and marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred, such as Administrator or Developer.
  • Experience with data science tools, (e.g. Python, R)
  • Experience with on-premise database management and warehousing.
  • Korean language is a plus.
