- What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business or equivalent practical experience with 20+ years or a Master's with 18+ years.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a comparable role with a strong technical focus.
- Extensive experience with administering and customizing Salesforce.
- Proven track record integrating Salesforce with other sales and marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Salesforce certifications preferred, such as Administrator or Developer.
- Experience with data science tools, (e.g. Python, R)
- Experience with on-premise database management and warehousing.
- Korean language is a plus.
