🏢 School St. Hilda's Secondary School 📍 Location 2 Tampines Street 82, Singapore 528986 🕒 Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Inclusive of 30-minute lunch break No work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays Additional hours compensated with Off-In-Lieu (subject to approval) 📅 Contract Duration Base Period: 01 August 2026 - 31 December 2026 Extension Option: 01 January 2027 - 31 December 2027 01 January 2028 - 31 December 2028 🚀 Job Summary St. Hilda's Secondary School is seeking a dedicated and proactive Developmental Discipline Coordinator to support the Student Management Team in implementing developmental discipline practices, managing student behavior interventions, maintaining discipline records, and ensuring smooth operations of the Discipline Room. The role involves close collaboration with school leaders, teachers, and student management personnel to foster a safe, disciplined, and supportive learning environment. 🎯 Key Responsibilities 👨🎓 Student Discipline Management Supervise students serving detention and suspension. Implement and monitor disciplinary measures. Follow up with discipline defaulters. Maintain detention and suspension records. Update Form Teachers on student attendance for disciplinary actions. Reinforce positive behavior and accountability. 📋 Discipline Room Operations Manage and monitor late-coming students. Maintain discipline-related records and databases. Handle handphone confiscation records. Update attendance and discipline data in school systems. Attend to student walk-ins and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. 🔍 Case Management & Student Follow-Up Monitor progress of students undergoing disciplinary interventions. Report potential discipline concerns to school management. Conduct follow-up actions after investigations. Monitor student movement through daily sign-in and sign-out procedures. 🌱 Developmental Discipline & Student Support Support behavioral intervention programs. Promote restorative and relationship-based discipline practices. Work with teachers to support at-risk students. Monitor student behavior during recess and after-school activities. Analyze discipline and late-coming data for preventive interventions. 📝 Examination & Administrative Support Support school and national examinations. Conduct patrol and escort duties during examinations. Supervise students in examination waiting areas. Monitor students during Extended School Term Self-Study and Suspension Programs. Maintain student management records and profiling documentation. ⭐ Preferred Skills & Experience MOE Teaching Experience. Experience coaching and mentoring at-risk youths. Experience handling student discipline investigations. Experience preparing reports for school management. Familiarity with school management systems and student databases. Experience using online educational platforms.
