ESM / ServiceNow Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a driven and innovative ESM / ServiceNow Consultant to join our growing team, help design processes, and consult clients on end-to-end solutions built on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will play a key role in a variety of projects in ITSM, ITOM, HR and other business domains for customers worldwide. Unlock the potential of remote work in Uzbekistan, giving you the flexibility to work from home or access our office in Tashkent. #LI-DNI #LI-VA2 Responsibilities Drive requirement gathering and analysis Create User Stories / Requirements specifications Design and improve processes in ESM (ITSM and adjacent domains) Serve as a process subject matter expert to the customer and members of the team Closely collaborate with various stakeholders and members of the team.
