About the role

In this role, you will support the coordination of supply chain activities to ensure product availability, accurate inventory management and efficient logistics. Responsibilities will include: Managing inventory levels, storage coordination, packing and distribution. Maintaining accurate inventory records and customer forecasts. Liaising with warehouse and logistics teams. Coordinating inbound deliveries , transport, documentation and customs clearance. Communicating product requirements. Supporting and working with inventory systems. Working closely with sales, supply chain and operational teams to ensure customer demand is met. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and supply chain efficiency. Building strong working relationships with suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders. What I'm Looking For Experience in supply chain, logistics or inventory coordination. Experience within fresh produce or other perishable food industries. Experience working with ERP systems/Microsoft Dynamics 365. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Excellent organisation and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
