AI Apps Developer (Intern)

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on Gen AI applications - LLM-powered tools, chatbots, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) systems, and similar - from prototype to working product.
• Design and implement AI automation workflows that connect LLMs to existing tools, data, and business processes.
• Write, structure, and maintain Gen AI training and enablement material for internal and external stakeholders
• Experiment with prompt design, evaluate model outputs, and document what works and what doesn't.
• Collaborate with engineers and product/business stakeholders to scope and refine requirements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - or able to demonstrate equivalent practical ability.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) and an understanding of prompt engineering.
• Bonus: experience with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, vector databases, or automation tools (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Make).
• Strong written communication - you can explain a technical concept clearly to a non-technical reader.
• Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to work through ambiguity.

We're looking for an intern who wants to build with generative AI, not just talk about it. You'll work alongside our engineering team to ship real Gen AI applications, automate workflows, and help others get up to speed through clear training material. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who learns fast and likes turning a rough idea into a working prototype.
