Specialized experience must demonstrate the following such as: 1) Analyzing, evaluating, and utilizing key information and operational requirements related to Navy/Joint, FCC/C10F NSA/CSS Program Objective Memorandum (POM) requirements generation and operational prioritization; 2) Identifying and articulating urgent/emergent Cyber, and Electronic Warfare (EW), Cryptology/Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Information Operations (IO), and Electronic Warfare (EW) warfighting capability gaps and operational needs in support of Navy requirements; 3) Monitoring program and budget system databases to ensure that all budget cycle requirement deadlines are met and evaluate changes that directly affect organization mission; AND 4) Experience in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) cycle application/coordination.
