Videogames Customer Service Representative (WRITTEN SUPPORT for FPS game)

About the role

Keywords Studios Mexico is looking for customer service representatives for written support - NO CALLS. POSITION SUMMARY: Player Support communicates with with players and solves their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding details, and provides excellent customer service (through chats, emails and tickets). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Ability to multi-task. Ability to easily adapt in a constant evolution environment Excellent customer service skills Ability to actively listen to instructions and execute tasks communicated. Full-time availability High School Diploma preferred but not required. Living in Mexico City or Estado de Mexico. Experience playing FPS games is essential. Availability to work rotating schedules: 8:00am to 5:00pm and 10:00am to 7:00pm. Availability to work at the office in Col. Del Valle Salary: $10,500 gross (before taxes) Bonus: $1,000 for working 45 hour shift Bonus: $1,000 for working at the office Law Benefits. 2 days off. Career path.
