WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH Nike's Digital Operations team in Korea powers seamless consumer experiences across Nike.com and the Nike App. This role reports to the Manager of Digital Operations Korea and works closely with Business, Planning, Customer Service, Technology teams, and external agencies to execute best-in-class digital commerce. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Nike is looking for a sharp, detail-driven digital operations professional who thrives in a fast-moving e commerce environment. This individual brings structure to complexity, stays focused under pressure, and takes ownership of execution from start to finish. They combine analytical thinking with operational discipline, using data to drive decisions and improve performance. They communicate clearly, collaborate naturally, and build trust across teams and markets. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, they adapt quickly and continuously look for smarter, faster ways to deliver. They care about precision, but never lose sight of the consumer-ensuring every digital touchpoint is accurate, consistent, and impactful. Minimum 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital operations, preferably in a multinational environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field. Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication skills Experience with data and analytics tools such as Airtable, Tableau, or Adobe Analytics preferred High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach
