As the Manager, Marketing Operations, Campaigns & Email at Caseware, you'll manage our global marketing automation solution and technology stack. Your work will help ensure that the tools and systems used by the global Marketing team run smoothly and contribute to efficient, data-driven marketing operations. Your priorities include maintaining database health; executing email and nurture programs; processing and accelerating leads; supporting campaign setup and tracking; and contributing to marketing reporting and KPI monitoring. You'll also implement new tools and processes, ensure proper documentation and training materials are in place, and monitor existing systems to identify and resolve issues. Your focus will be on enabling modern marketing at scale by helping activate, integrate, and optimize technology, workflows, and best practices across the team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to balance multiple priorities and collaborate with global teams to drive operational excellence. ❗This is a Full time, permanent position. 📍 Location: This is a remote position and is available to all applicants residing and eligible to work in US.
