Responsibilities

  • Participate in equitable after-hours call rotation
  • Contribute to practice operations and workflow improvements
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of providers as needed
  • What You Bring
  • Required
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatrics
  • Active Indiana medical license or ability to obtain
  • Commitment to serving underserved pediatric populations
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative, team-based mindset
  • Preferred
  • Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community health setting
  • Experience working in team-based or integrated care environments
  • Leadership experience or interest in clinical program development
