- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple technical and business teams.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Requirements
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
- Experience supporting large-scale migration or transformation programs.
- Ability to work in high-pressure migration and cutover environments.
