About the role

Job Responsibilities: Independently manage full-set accounting for the Singapore entity, including month-end closing, reconciliations, and management reporting. Coordinate with the corporate secretary on GST submissions, corporate tax estimates, and annual tax pack preparation. Manage local cash flow: review payments, monitor collections, and prepare forecasts. Maintain the integrity of the Xero accounting system, ensuring correct chart of accounts usage and compliance with booking policies. Review the overseas subsidiary's monthly financials and align data with their local accounting team. Handle inter-company reconciliations and clearing of outstanding balances. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ACCA, CA Singapore, or equivalent is a plus. 2-3 years of full-set accounting experience in Singapore (5+ years preferred), with the ability to independently handle month-end close, reporting, and tax coordination. Experience with cross-border entities, group consolidation, or overseas subsidiary review is an advantage. Proficient in accounting software; Xero experience strongly preferred. Familiar with Singapore FRS and GST filing rules. Strong English and Mandarin communication skills to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. 岗位职责： 独立负责新加坡公司全盘账务，包括月结、对账及管理报表编制； 配合秘书公司完成GST申报、公司税预估及年度报税资料准备； 管理本地现金流，审核付款、跟进收款并编制现金流预测； 维护Xero账套的完整性，确保科目使用正确、凭证合规； 审核境外子公司月度财务报表，与当地会计团队对接数据校准； 处理跨境内部交易对账及往来款清理。 任职要求： 会计、金融或相关专业Diploma或Degree；持有ACCA、CA Singapore或同等资质者优先； 2-3年新加坡全盘会计经验（5年以上更佳），能独立完成月结、报表及税务申报对接； 有跨境实体、集团合并或海外子公司财务审核经验者优先； 熟练使用会计软件，精通Xero者更佳； 熟悉新加坡FRS及GST申报规则； 具备良好的中英文沟通能力，能与华语相关方有效交流。
