We are seeking a friendly and efficient Order Taker to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a crucial member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for accurately taking and processing customer orders while ensuring a positive dining experience. Answer incoming calls and greet customers promptly and professionally Take accurate and detailed food and beverage orders from customers Input orders into the restaurant's order management system Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food items, ingredients, and preparation methods Upsell additional menu items when appropriate Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized workspace Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Stay updated on menu changes, daily specials, and ongoing promotions Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines High school diploma or equivalent Proven customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using order management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software Basic math skills for handling financial transactions Knowledge of food and beverage items, including local cuisine and cultural preferences Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong listening skills and ability to accurately record customer orders Patience and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues during busy periods Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Your Team and Working Environment: Join our dedicated and vigilant team as a Loss Prevention Supervisor , where leadership, attention to detail, and safeguarding company assets are at the core of everything we do.
