- Your Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Partnerships Management, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Media Sales, or similar commercially-driven roles.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven experience owning revenue, growth, or performance-related targets.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, target-driven environments with high ownership and accountability.
- Strong understanding of the German digital, creator, and beauty landscape.
- Data-driven and performance-oriented, with the ability to analyze KPIs and translate insights into actions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Previous experience in DTC, Beauty, FMCG, Lifestyle, creator economy, or high-growth environments is a strong plus.
