Responsibilities

  • Experience operating and managing equipment such as Bobst, Signature, Omega, Vega, or similar folder gluers preferred
  • Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to manage production teams in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and operational efficiency
  • Preferred Experience
  • Candidates with experience in the following areas are highly preferred:
  • Folding carton packaging production
  • Die cutting and finishing operations
