Qualifications & Experience: We welcome applicants from academic and industrial backgrounds. You should have: A degree in Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a closely related discipline A postgraduate qualification (Master's degree or equivalent) in a relevant area Relevant industry or research experience in construction management, CAD software used for digital, sustainable and smart construction A teaching qualification and/or professional body membership (IMechE, IET, Advance HE) is advantageous or can be gained once in post.
