Who you would be working with You will join a creative design team at Gameloft Sofia, working closely with: -Game Designers who define the core mechanics and economy -Artists & Programmers to ensure the visual and technical feasibility of your designs -QA Specialists to ensure every feature feels polished and fun -Producers who facilitate the overall workload of the game team Your recruitment journey -Step 1 - CV Screening -Step 2 - A practical design task to showcase your creative logic -Step 3 - Final interview with the Lead Game Designer, Producer and HR WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED -Creative mindset with the ability to propose structured ideas for gaming mechanics -Strong interest in the gaming industry, specifically in how players interact with strategy or racing titles -Analytical thinking and attention to detail when documenting or balancing game data -Collaborative spirit, enjoying work in an agile, team-oriented environment -Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
