Role Summary and Impact The Senior Manager, Planning, will lead the strategic direction for key client accounts, driving innovation and ensuring planning excellence. You will be a trusted advisor to clients, responsible for delivering integrated media solutions that drive business results and managing a team of planning professionals. Lead the development of overall campaign strategy, planning, and post-campaign reviews for your set of brands. Serve as the primary strategic contact for clients, leading presentations and discussions on media strategy. Set viable objectives and KPIs, and develop measurement methodologies against all briefs. Provide strategic guidance and direction to the planning team, fostering their professional growth. Develop and follow best practices and processes for media planning & operations. Identify opportunities for innovation and drive the adoption of new media platforms and technologies. Manage key client revenue and profitability, contributing to business growth.
