Lead a data science and development team supporting network applications that monitor and improve the performance of RAN network (20%); Partner with the AI&D community to define industry standards for AI led/autonomous network (10%); Build data models that will drive automation of network assurance, performance and planning activities (10%); Partner with the Network Performance teams to manage project prioritization and work with global delivery teams (including vendors) to deliver the program and projects meeting the timeline, quality and budget (10%); Adopt and strengthen agile, SOE practices (examples: adopt SOE tech stack, reduce backlog, reusable components, code standardization, test automation) (10%); Improve delivery management and automation (test driven config/development) and increase feature delivery throughput (drive process improvement, reduce cycle time) (10%); Lead the delivery of Systems Reliability Engineering (SRE) product journeys across platforms to capture customer or user feedback to improve user experience (10%); Engage in technical discussion to build solutions that can scale, and are resilient to meet agreed upon service levels (10%); Drive the adoption of analytics in decision making, build business cases and translate findings into practical business implications (5%); Demonstrate and encourage on-going performance coaching to refresh, elevate and unlock talent, and execute on Development Plans/Performance Improvement Plans (5%). What we're looking for... Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a software engineer, member technical staff, IT/system analyst or consultant, or in a related/similar position, working on end-to-end systems analysis/design, applications development/architecture, database analysis/design or quantitative modeling, statistics or data mining. Experience therein to include 6 years using C/C++, Java, React JS, Spring Boot, and Python; 4 years using DevSecOps, RAN Network, Oracle or Druid, Cassandra or Postgres databases, and data science tools such as Tableau, Grafana, Domino, or Big Query. Where you'll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager.
