Electrical Project Coordinator [ Up to $6,800 - Allowances - Sub Con M&E ] (JTYJV)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 6 years relevant experience in sub con M&E industry.
• Job scopes
• Assist in project planning, costing, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, quality control, and project coordination.
• Oversee M&E construction activities and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Manage contractors and ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, safety requirements, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Implement company construction policies and procedures.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion with efficient use of resources.
• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and site staff.
• Liaise with internal departments, authorities, consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project progress reports, attend site meetings, and update management regularly.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and ISO requirements.
• Plan and allocate manpower effectively to maximize productivity.

Assistant Project Manager (Electrical) Office: Near Jalan Besar / Lavender MRT Project Site: ICA (Lavander MRT) $5500 to $6800 Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm, Sat may need works depends on site (if works 8 hours can claim allowances)
