Artificial Intelligence / Automation Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot tools across GBS teams
• Support data preparation, prompt engineering, and user training efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify Copilot use cases
• Monitor usage, gather feedback, and help optimize Copilot performance
• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and knowledge-sharing activities
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor and/or leaders

Requirements

• Passion for technology, AI, and digital tools
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
• Team player with a growth mindset
• Able to adapt quickly and work independently when needed
• Minimum Requirements
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI assistants
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Able to commit to the full internship duration

Job Description : Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as an Artificial Intelligence / Automation Intern. Huntsman Global Business Services (GBS) KL is seeking a dynamic and tech-curious intern to support our Copilot initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and other GenAI tools, contributing to digital transformation across business functions. It is a paid internship and this position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
