POSITION SUMMARY: Assists the department management in identifying, establishing, implementing, and monitoring business and financial related processes that contribute to the successful operations of the Professional Billing Office. Position : Business Analyst Department : Operations Schedule : Full Time ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES: Prepares and participates in project planning, analysis, specifications, designs, development, implementation and operations. Works cooperatively with Professional Billing Office employees and managers for the purpose of achieving the departmental goals and ensuring maximum revenue and a cash flow benefit to the FPF. Involved in the process to facilitate requests from departments to add/change/delete operational flows. Works with Management and FPF Practices to review potential issues as well as provide education to the department billing staff relative to billing system flows and must demonstrate strong commitment to stakeholder relationships by taking ownership of issues and facilitating effective outcomes in a timely manner. Must adhere to all of BMC's RESPECT behavioral standards.
