Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior business managers, Enterprise architecture, stakeholders, and Global functional heads to ensure we establish, implement, and adopt constantly evolving product development standards and processes.

- Ensures that execution delivery is aligned with product strategy.
- Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockers.
- Required Experience & Skills
- Strong background in systems Architectural design in scalable, high performance and E2E solutions.
- Familiar with design concepts such as microservices, containerization, API integration
- Experiences in end-to-end payment flows such as Real Time Payments, ACH, RTGS.
- Thorough E2E business flows knowledge and implementation experience of Swift Mandates, ISO 20022 Migration, Central bank mandates across major global clearings like TCH, Fedwire, Fednow, SEPA, CBPR , HVPS , CHAPS, other industry related regulatory changes.
- Experience leading large scale program and project efforts.
- Experience in delivering solutions using API, Kafka, Mainframe, and Database.
- Knowledge of Operations processes supporting Enterprise Payment execution
- Ability to plan and direct routines and reporting to drive accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
- Ability to drive and promote strategy
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills and enjoys a collaborative environment.
- Flexible, self-starter, fast-learner - willing and able to quickly learn new products, technologies, and skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Financial services experience with exposure to regulatory requirements within the Payments space
- Extensive overall experience required in organization/program/ product management.
