Senior Total Rewards & HRIS Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or related program with at least 5 to 7 years of experience with compensation, benefits administration or HR information systems.
• Hands-on experience with developing and administering total rewards programs, and HR reporting
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets; strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to manage recurring deadlines
• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements related to employee compensation and benefit programs.
• Construction industry experience preferred - specifically Prevailing Wage, Davis-Bacon and Unions
