Responsibilities
- Home Health Build, Launch & Expansion (California)
- Lead the build-out, launch, and scale of private-pay home health services in Southern California, with planned expansion into Northern California

- Stand up QA/PI programs, documentation standards, and audit processes from inception
- Partner with DPCS and clinical leaders to ensure high-quality patient outcomes, documentation integrity, and survey readiness
- Lead and personally support state survey readiness and onsite survey activity , including interfacing directly with surveyors as Administrator
- Drive readiness for state surveys, audits, and potential accreditation processes (e.g., CHAP)
- Team Building & Leadership
- Recruit and build a high-performing interdisciplinary team (RNs, LVNs, therapists, and operational leaders as the model evolves)
- Develop leadership structure and create scalable org design to support growth

Requirements
- Required
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Eligible to serve as Administrator for a California Home Health Agency (meets Title 22 requirements)
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in home health, hospice, or related healthcare services
- Demonstrated experience in building or scaling healthcare programs, service lines, or new markets
- Strong knowledge of California home health regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to lead both clinical and operational teams
- Preferred
- Experience in private-pay or concierge care models and home health
- Direct experience launching de novo healthcare operations
- Familiarity with nurse registry models and multi-state regulatory environments
- Experience with accreditation bodies (e.g., CHAP, ACHC, Joint Commission)
