Job Description Summary This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds - flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week, averaging 12 days per month, in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office. The Operations Consultant in our Advisor Transitions dept drives continuous improvement across advisor onboarding operations by analyzing, designing, and optimizing end-to-end processes. This role partners with cross-functional teams, including Recruiting, PCG (Private Client Group), Registrations, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Risk, to improve efficiency, reduce risk, enhance advisor experience, and ensure scalable processes in a rapidly changing environment.
