Now Hiring: Site Operations Manager Location: Salt Lake City Full Time opportunities available on all shifts, weekend availability required Employer: Marksman Security Corporation Hiring Immediately JOB DUTIES: Manage a team of Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training and development, coaching and support. Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services and build and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees Supports the organization's culture, processes, practices and systems Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities, account trends, and other topics Responsible for tracking and effective utilization of company equipment in the field including technology, vehicles, etc. Stays current on federal, state and local CBA guidelines relative to our services Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Benefits: Bachelor's degree preferred Three years of security operations management experience required Armed Security experience preferred Applicable state security licensing required Flexible/on-call schedule availability Professional demeanor and appearance Strong computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with security equipment and protocols required Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug testing) Valid Driver's License Salary: $87,000 per year, based on experience.
